These striking designs were the result of thick commercial printer inks being artfully mixed on acrylic boards. All ink colour groups were chosen for their relational harmony to each other and the final visual results are a marriage of scientific logic and organic chance. After Chris completed each ink art composition they were lit and photographed. Hemlock then used the photography files to print the wrapping paper, cards, stickers and packaging. Documentary photographs of the creative process were printed on the back of each wrapping paper.
